We're looking for a Business Manager to run our Fairlie retail store. Your key focus will be:
Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to sales success.
Collaborating with the team and be a "hands on" leader to help them achieve results.
Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs.
You'll concentrate on managing budgets, P&L, and financials, taking responsibility for achieving personal and team-based result and seeking continuous improvement.
Farmlands is building a forward looking and agile business and your role will play a critical part in delivery of these goals by improving productivity capability across our branch network.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of leading and managing successful teams, ideally, in the retail environment. You will be highly organised with a strong focus on sales processes. You will also have:
The ability to build solid client relationships and encourage repeat business.
Sound knowledge of the dairy sector and rural products and services in general.
Strong commercial business acumen and knowledge of financial ledgers.
Solid computer skills and enjoy working with up-to-date technology.
A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and help when necessary.
